Amon's Adventure: A Family Story for Easter by Arnold Ytreeide
For some of you who have read through the advent books by Arnold Ytreeide (Jotham’s Journey, Bartholomew’s Passage, Tabitha’s Travels), you will be excited to hear about Amon’s Adventures. We have not read this yet because we have a rule in our family: any book that we are reading together at night, we are not allowed to read ahead. However, we have read Jotham’s Journey for advent at Christmas time and we absolutely loved it! We know that this Easter we will absolutely love this too! We will keep you posted on how we are loving it.

We are finished with our conventions. Now I can write lapbooks and work on the website. But what I really want to do is spend time with my family. So, please pray that I can be balanced by spending time in the Word, praying, and spending time with my family and then work on my writing. Oh by the way, you must read A Praying Life by Paul Miller. It will be up on the website soon. This book is the best book on prayer–so biblical and practical. AWESOME!

We just finished Mache in Maryland and had a great conference. Beth and David stayed home with Tom so that she could go to a Father/Daughter dance with him. That was fun for them! My friend Clarise helped me. What a blessing friends are!
We are now in Worcester, Massachusetts at MassHope. This is the homeschool conference that we have always attended. It is like being home, but now we are on the other side of the table. We are looking forward to talking with old friends and meeting new ones. Our Booth is 508–right across from My Father’s World. I will be speaking at a vendor workshop on Friday at 11 am. I will be talking about how to include Christ in every part of your homeschooling day. Hope to see you there!
Don’t forget that we can order almost anything that you need. Just let us know what you are looking for, and we will help you out the best we can. See you soon!

We are getting ready to leave for Cincinnati. We’re looking forward to being there and hope that you will be looking for us there. Our booth numbers are 721 and 723. We would appreciate your prayers since our basement was flooded this week. We are so grateful to the Lord that it wasn’t worse than it was, and that our books are all okay.
We have found some great books so when you come, look for The Foundlings–see our Book of the Week, and Beyond the Summerland. We also have some great Science Curriculum from Answers in Genesis and Wonders of Creation. And of course we have Lamplighter Books. There are just so many great books that I can’t mention them all.
See you in Cincinnati, Lord willing!

We just finished with our second convention. It was a wonderful time with really great people. We were in Rockland Maine at HOME. So many people ministered to us as hopefully we were able to minister to them as well. It is fun to get to know new friends!
Our next two conventions are Midwest Homeschool Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio and MACHE in Fredericksburg, Maryland. We are gearing up for these great conventions. If you want to pray for us, please pray that I can get all of the books on our website so that you know what we have. Notice that I put on the Kingdom Series, Knights of Arrethtrae (both by Chuck Black), and Down Gilead Lane Audio Tapes (our favorites).
God bless your walk with the Lord. We hope to see some of you in Cincinnati and Maryland!

We are still in the process of completing our website. I am presently writing two Lapbooks, one is called, “Then God Said: the Days of Creation” and the other one is “Little Pilgrim’s Progress: traveling to the Celestial City.” We will be traveling to our first convention of the year at the end of February. We hope to see some of you at IAHE’s convention in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 26th-27th. Please check back with our site to see what’s new as we add books daily, Lord willing. In Christ, Carol (for the Robb family)
